Welcome!

We would like to introduce ourselves to you: we are the Fortuin/Hagenaars family: Koen, Yvonne and Tina.Each of us, for different reasons, decided to emigrate to Spain. One thing was paramount: wherever you are, hard work is part of life. So why not choose a place where the sun almost always shines?

Our love for Spain is deeply rooted. For decades, our parents, like migratory birds, headed south every autumn to spend the winter here. That annual migration left a lasting impression. We watched the number of campervans increase, while the availability of good campervan sites lagged behind. That's how the idea—and the adventure—of starting our own campervan area was born.

What makes us unique is that we're a true family business. Our guests immediately sense that warm, friendly atmosphere. It comes naturally because we put our heart and soul into everything we do. We often hear from visitors that it feels like one big family, and that's exactly what we want to convey.

Our team

Koen

He worked for the Bergen op Zoom police force for many years, where he was passionately committed to safety on the streets. His sense of responsibility, camaraderie, and helpfulness are a tremendous asset to our team; always calm, engaged, and willing to contribute ideas or help where needed.

Yvonne

She has 14 years of experience in the Dutch supermarket industry, working in a variety of departments, from produce to bread and cash registers. She also completed a training program as an administrative assistant. Planning, organizing, and welcoming guests are second nature to her. She's truly in her element at the reception desk.

Tina

For 18 years, she was a self-employed hairdresser with her own salon. She's creative, enjoys brainstorming, and believes it's important that people feel comfortable. That welcoming attitude is evident every day; whether it's a chat, a helping hand, or simply a warm welcome.
